This engine powers products and insights that no other platform can deliver, turning Reddit's 22+ billion posts and comments into structured intelligence for smarter marketing decisions. As part of this announcement, we’re unveiling two early-stage products powered by Reddit Community Intelligence™:
- Reddit Insights (Alpha): A scalable, AI-powered social listening tool designed to unlock strategic value from Reddit’s 20 years of conversations. Informed by proprietary metadata, it provides precise, real-time insights that help marketers confidently plan campaigns, validate creative ideas, and make smarter business decisions.
- Conversation Summary Add-ons (Alpha): A new ad feature that dynamically integrates positive content from Reddit users directly below an advertiser’s creative, putting community conversations front-and-center in the user experience and blending AI-driven efficiency with real human perspectives.

Reddit Insights powered by Community Intelligence is a new toolset designed to help advertisers unlock strategic value from Reddit’s vast trove of conversations. Whether it’s identifying emerging cultural insights, validating creative concepts, or monitoring brand health, Reddit Insights eliminates traditional barriers to social listening, offering precise data at scale.

As our exclusive alpha tester, Publicis has seen success using Reddit Insights for:

Putting Real Conversations Front-and-Center: Conversation Summary Add-ons
Another key innovation powered by Reddit Community Intelligence™ is Conversation Summary Add-Ons, a new ad product feature that blends AI-driven efficiency with real user perspectives. Conversation Summary Add-ons append real user posts and concise feature summaries below advertiser creative, delivering built-in social proof, driving stronger performance and helping consumers make decisions faster.

Our early tests have shown that Conversation Summary Add-Ons resulted in a +19% higher clickthrough rate (CTR) than standard image ads, boosted ad relevance, and fostered deeper connections between brands and communities.1 Brands including Jackbox Games and Lucid are among our alpha testers of Conversation Summary Add-Ons.
Silicon Valley-based technology company Lucid wanted to highlight the genuine, positive conversations about their brand – including their award-winning Lucid Air sedan and new Lucid Gravity SUV – that were already happening on Reddit. By joining our Conversation Summary Add-Ons alpha test, they are able to surface relevant discussions to Reddit’s engaged audiences, particularly those interested in cars and electric vehicles. This feature makes it easier for people to discover content that aligns with their interests and Lucid’s presence on the platform.
